Great haul Judy. I have one of those cushions and it really helps when you sit on a hard chair. It also helps with posture as you kinda cannot slouch.

The first one is a baby quilt for my great niece.  The next one is a grad gift my friend and I made together.

Angele, I just love the quilts.  I'm really partial to bright colors and the 2nd one is really my style and your grad should really, really like it.

The only sewing I've done this week is to begin making my HST's for the swap.  I've got about 60 of them done.  I've done these in between the gardening and babysitting.  It's hard to get anything done with a house full of little boys demanding my attention, especially that 10-month old who has started walking.  He's such a sweetheart and he is a real grandma's boy.  I think it upsets DH as this is the first grandson that wants grandma and chases me around the house.  All the others have been grandpa's boys.  I wonder how the little granddaughter will be when she finally arrives.  I know she will have grandpa wrapped around her little finger.  After 4 boys in the family, I know she's going to be spoiled rotten, especially since she will be the first grandchild on DSIL's side of the family.

that is absolutely beautiful.   I love the bright colors.    Everytime I see something that you ladies do I feel like mine look like a kindergarteners work.     I love to see the pics - what an inspiration you all are.

God Bless,    Sharon

Both are lovely.  I saw this pattern online done in Batiks and black and It went straight onto my to do list.  Now I see it with the white and don't know which way I should go.  Great job.

I have not commented on this thread for a while, so have to go back a ways.

Cindy, the embroidery, quilting are lovely.  It looks like it might be hand quilting?

Michelle, I had never seen an iron caddy before, but I am now sure I need one.  I love the embroidery.

Nancy, Pickles's pillow is purfect.

Judy, I am going to love seeing what you make with your purchases.

Angele, both quilts are wonderful!

Seeing what everyone has done makes me want to get to my sewing today.  And I am not working!  I suppose I will have to do some token house work to satisfy DH.

I found it online in an image search for Amish Wedding Ring Quilts.  Here's the one I found, no pattern.  NOT MY WORK.
