I cannot access fons and porter tv series. I paid the 44.00 Subscription. Where are they and how to I get to them. I went through the link and I just the the intro. If I dont get them I don't want the subscription.

Try calling the customer service number.  I am sure they will be able to help.  1-888-253-0203.  Good luck.

I will give it a try. I don't see it in the "green dashboard".

If you are already a member of Quilters Club of America, just log in and click on FonsandPorter.com in your green Member Dashboard (in the upper left). You'll see instructions there on how to access this benefit.

Do you have the green dashboard?  If you do click on the spot that says QNNtv.com/F &P on demand.

Ok I called them. I got there and had to pay another 24.00. What is the point of this site if I have to pay twice. So far I have spent about 70.00.

Pw quiltworks - you need to call them back - you do not need to pay another 24.00 - you go to the sign up page and put in a code for your discount.

If you go to the green box and go to QNNtv.com/F&P On - Demand

Step Three: Verification of Cart and Credit Card Information

Under Memberships, select QNNtv.com Video Library $24.00

Then scroll down to Promotions, and enter your coupon code (XXXXXXX) (all lower case) and click on the Recalculate My Total button - your Membership Cost will change from $24.00 to $0 (it may take a few seconds)

Note: There is no need to enter any credit card information because your total will change to $0

Once it recalculates, the credit card information fields will disappear

Click the blue REVIEW ORDER

you would see this step - see the discount - I have deleted it from the above message as it is only a discount for paid members and if you go to that page on step #3 you will be able to see it.

I am not sure who you talked to at Customer Service but they would have told you this - to follow these steps so you need to call them back and get credited for your discount.

I got billed. I entered the cc #. So I ended up paying the 45.00 here and the 24.00 there. It's almost as bad as netflix. Next time I will just go there and pay the 24.00 for the video. I don't see the sense in paying twice for the same thing. I thought it was supposed to be free when I entered the promo code. Oh well. I can take a little loss of money. Live and learn.

I think you should call customer service and make sure they understand what happened. I don't see why you shouldn't get a refund for the F&P site.

I'm with Kris, Priscilla, I think you need to call customer service back and talk to someone who knows what's going on. The person with whom I've had the best luck is Natalie. Someone didn't understand what you were asking and didn't bother to check to see what you'd already paid for.

Priscilla

Call customer service and ask for either Peg or the Natalie that Judy suggested.  Someone was confused because your QNN subsription comes with the QCA subscription.  I feel sure that they will get it worked out for you and you will get a credit.
