New PC...Cannot log into my account!

I hooked up my new PC today and when I tried to log in it would NOT let me. I had correct user name and password and I tried for several hours. I finally had to get back onto this old PC to be able to post this.  The new pc is running windows 8...is that the problem??

Erin, I bought a new PC with windows 8 and had the same problem. Never did figure it out. Good luck. Let us now if you find a fix.

Joan...you have to download google chrome to use QCA with windows 8.
