Hello everyone I just got home and took about an hour to catch up to what was happening with the Madams of Missouri. I love all the quilts, tents, and blocks I have seen. Taft travels on the way home. Big hugs to everyone there. It was so nice to talk to everyone on FaceTime or Skype. I hope one day to see you in person.

Randy and I are home safely. Calley and Pickles were very happy to see us! Six inches of snow expected midnight tonight through all day tomorrow, so we're happy we had dry roads. I hope Deb does not have to deal with ice in Mpls.

On the banks of the Mississippi River in north central Minnesota (Brainerd lakes area)
We were packing up to go home, so no strip poker. It seems my sweetie got the days wrong. We were supposed to leave on Friday. He got in a bit of trouble with the front desk. Irma is no nonsense and Sam messed up her bookings. I think I'll wait a few days to rub it in. He never makes mistakes, you know.

Oh, double dang! I always forget something. Well, I checked online and I can get some at Menards or Home Depot for $15, so I guess it's not worth mailing them. Barbara, keep and use them for retreats you attend, and I'll get a set for my local retreats. Or maybe I'll have Randy cut some poly pipe for me - then you can lift the table a bit higher still. Leslie, thank you so much for bringing those to save our backs!
