LaJuan Sukochi Lee:

Leslie :

Angele, i can't remember all the things my mom has told me trying to make me behave.  but i am sure that was one of them LOL

So then, Leslie, when do you think you might put some of your Mom's suggestions to use?

Probably not Sukochi lol

The first finished project...didn't Ruthann do a terrific job?

Ruthann - my oldest daughter just loves butterflies, if it is not spoken for she lives close to me, just send it to OKC.  It would fit her queen bed, I bet.  Just lovely!

Healthy snacks?

Oh Gees, and I was just wishing I was there!!!

I'd love to join you, but I'm not sure I could stand the temptation from that "Healthy Snack" table...

I think it's better I just enjoy your wonderful pictures and laugh along with all of you so I don't have to smell the goodies...LOL!

Marie:
How's Randy doing?  Did he bring any shorts with him?

No, Marie, it's much too cold for shorts.  Luckily, the hotel room is toasty warm, so I snuck this picture just for you!

Wow, ya'll are having too much fun!  I thought this was a working retreat, LOL!  oh, I am so jealous that ya'll are having that much fun without the rest of us.  It is fun to see the pictures and live vacariously through them.  Just save some for the next retreat., I want to be there.

Diana:
Boy, was that poor car squatting and groaning to come up the hills.......

Diana, isn't it amazing what we can fit into our HHRs?  My family calls mine the "exploding clown car" because you never know what will pop out when the doors open.

Glad everyone is arriving safely.  Hoping that the last 4 quilters are also not far behind.

Wishing I could have been with you this year but family health issues had to come first.  I will be following your posts and dreaming of the fun.

Judy arrived... poor dear... she sounds congested.  She's being set off at a table to the side.  Ruth Ann (SoBuzy) gave her a special glass for her medicinal drinks.

I hope you can get to feeling better soon Judy.

I see you got the shirt. I love it.

My project, but i didn't bring enough embroidered blocks, so must take this back home to finish it.

That's quite stunning. Looks like the wild flower blocks.

I talked to Kris on FaceTime tonight.  It was so nice. She was trying to find a way to get a conference going.   Can't do it through FaceTime but I'm positive she will find a way.  Boy it's so nice to see and talk to fellow quilters through FaceTime or Skype.
