Layer cake +Jelly Roll = Quilt

I am wanting to make the "Layer Cake +Jelly Roll = Quilt" that I saw on the Missouri Quilt Co website and I am not sure how many layer cakes and jelly rolls it will take to make a queen size quilt.  Can anyone help?

Thank you Annie.  I have the tutorial but unless I missed it, she doesn't say it makes a queen size.
