Hi, I am new to this club and looking forward to talking with all of you and sharing pictures of all our projects.  I have been quilting for 15 years and I am a long quilter as well.  I love everything about quilting, from picking out a new project to picking out the fabric, machine piecing it or hand or machine  applique, to machine quilting it when it is done.  I have been machine quilting for others for 12 years now and have cut back on customers quilts so I can work on my own.  I have 19 quilts tops of my own to quilt, needless to say I am behind on my own.  Anyway looking forward to be part of this group.  Lynn

hi  again lynn, i don't know where you are located in missouri, but we are having a retreat in branson next week and would love to meet you if you  have time to pop in a visit with us.

My Quilt Group was having a Retreat in Branson this last week-end but had to cancel due to weather.  They are in the process of re-schudeling it.  I live in Mansfield, MO. But my quilt Groug Quiltin Timers, meet in Rogerville.

Hi Lynn 

I too have just joined and am looking forward to learning a lot more about quilting. Having made only baby quilts which I quilted by hand, and several quilt tops, that I haven't quilted yet, I am still a beginner I'd say.

So....where are you in your quilting?

Welcome to QCA.  You will find a lot of help and advice here.  Don't be afraid to ask. 

Lynn -- I often wondered if long armers ever get to sew and quilt for themselves.  Good for you for making time.

Cindy  -- Take advantage of the ladies and gents here.  They love to give advice and it's really good fun too.

 A bed without a quilt is like a sky without stars.
