Thea & Debbie so glad you are both safe. I am afraid my US geography is not very good I just had a feeling there were ladies who live in the vicinity of the storm.

Bonita your DGD is adorable.

Patti the car is very swish!

Spudgrandma hope you are feeling better.

Leslie flowers are beautiful

CC welcome back, Glad the service for UnDad went off ok. these things are never easy but we all manage to get through them and hold on to our memories.

Big hugs to everyone else.

Diana and I are having a great time together.  Diana still isn't very productive but she did manage to get one block of the MQ completed.  I keep telling her that she has to actually push on the sewing machine pedal to make any progress....LOL>    I finally have 2 1/3 of the 4 sections of Stepping Stones by Neimeyer that I started in Leavenworth in Oct and worked on some more in Branson finished.

We went to one LQS today and had a great time helping out the economy.   We are going shop hopping again tomorrow.   Showing Diana some of the great LQSs I have found in the area.

Sorry you guys couldn't be with us.   Here are a few pics of our purchases today.....and Diana's block..LOL>

Nana you have some great machines!  I'm having tiara dreams again, but when it was demonstrated i thought designs were preprogrammed and found out it was free motion.  I have more studying to do.  Hasn't rained here yet but i see lightening in the distance.  Now I'm wondering about pantograms everyone talks about is that only for longarm machines?  is that still considered free motion?

I'm praying for everyone affected by tornado .

Nana:

Here are a few pics of our purchases today...

Nana, is the Niemeyer Wedding Star yours?  That will be stunning!  Are the two fabrics on the right to be used in it?

Have fun you two!  (...as if you need us to give you permission!  LOL)

Sukochi

I will have to get Diana to check the fabric tomorrow.  The gardening set is hers.   Isn't it adorable.

IS

You can only use the pantograms if you do your quilting on a frame with either a midarm or longarm machine.   But yes it is still considered free motion quilting.

Nancy

The Bali Wedding Star is mine.   I have really fallen in love with Judy Neimeyer patterns even though they are all paper pieced.   The fabric I have isn't for this project.   The fabric may be used in the next mystery quilt unless I change my mind.   I am also considering deep purple and red with a cream background.   If I see the right fabric tomorrow I may change my mind.

Nancy and Diana, it looks like you two are settled in for a great time.    Nice fabrics.    Diana, great block.

Karla your grandsons are very cute, aren't they supposed to have fierce looks, though, instead of big smiles?

patti, you lI've In a special place, that's for sure. Lovely picture.
