I'm still waiting for the call from them for payment information so I can get the fabric I ordered and the free gifts they offered me.

In a few minutes I am going to my local casino for a free filet mignon dinner, along my DH who gets the free dinner just because he is married to me.  I spend enough time and money in that casino that I get free dinners from them every month or two.

I am at work!  My husband and I own a tool shop and its my turn to work alone.  It isn't so bad when I have a quilt that I am hand quilting,  but my latest is still in pieces ready to be pieced together!  It isn't portable yet.

Karla they posted in that blurb about not taking online order, that they will call in two to four day. I was way more then that. In fact, I had forgotten I had ordered the fabric byt he time they called. Or, else, I just have no brain for remember ing things......well, I guess either of the above is b\possible.

At lunch Monday, I asked Jim to please get me a napkin, and, he pointed to the one in my lap. Then, I tasted his chili and said it was real good. Lea, that we were with, said she thought it was Wendys. I asked WHO Wendy was. Lea said "You know Wendy's......hamburgers. This a.m. I took an aprocit out and ate it then, held up the bag to Jim and asked if he would like an artichoke. He said "No, dear, but an apricot would be nice."

I hink I will just go to bed!

Well, since we are on the subject, my new credit card did come today, I just didn't know it .   The UPS guy stuck it between the storm door and the inside door, without knocking or ringing the bell.  I don't know what time it got here, but I was on the line to the credit card company at 6pm as I had waited all day for that to be delivered.  They finally gave me the tracking number to call UPS.  MY granddaughter called them, as she used to work there, and they told her where it was.  Grrrr  oh well, everything turned out alright in the end.      Ginny

I've run out of energy to get much more done today.  Afraid to cut mq8 for fear I'll make a mistake as I'm beginning to nod off at computer.  Tomorow is another day.  I really helped my potasium level today I had a bannana split and popcorn.

I think it may be an idea to buy a work horse type machine,,just not with bells and whistles on it. They remember to change needle frequently. This would work unless you needed the bells and whistles. An used one would be good investment.

I feel like i'm frozen in time.  Took my pup to vet for recheck blood test and it didn't come back good!

They said her wbc, platelets rbc mono eos are all low and wanted to do emergency treatment again.

I'm so upset.  I gave her lots of hugs today.  The vet gave me steroids for her.  I can't afford to keep her hooked up to iv.  This totally shocked me today because she is acting normal eating drinking jumping on furniture.  They made it sound like she only has 6 mon. or less.

Well tonight is the beginning of a four day weekend. Got my hair cut, cut the dark fabric for MQ8, and now I'm catching up with you all.  Enjoy the weather, the sewing time and the family time for those who have family close by.  Hope the Easter Bunny brings you goodies.

I also got a haircut today...then I made a scaled down version of the chicken pin cushion.  Did some major shopping at WalMart.  I think I have everything for Easter Dinner and the little ones Easter baskets.   Visited DGS3 who was home from school sick today, took DGS2 to TaeKwonDo, talked to DGS1 who wants to spend all of next week (Spring Break here in Northern Nevada) with me and his Grandpa.  He is 14 and it ought to be an interesting week.

Download the Step 2 directions for MQ8 and started sewing the strips, but decided I couldn't be that precise with tired eyes, so quit until morning.  Hopefully, I will get a chance to sew a few more of the strips tomorrow as I also need to begin putting together some of the desserts for Easter Dinner.

Had planned on having a barbecue since the weather has been so nice, but they are predicting wind and rain for Sunday, so will make alternate plans just in case.
