Had to share this with you. Found post at PCP by a quilter in our post card swaps. Do we quilter's never learn....

"Hi, thanks for your patience...moms in ER again, 12 hrs so far -broke her pelvis today and they are trying to send us back home, tho she can't stand or walk! The last nursing home broke her arm, so it's in a cast, and her bedsore is not healing. I tried to sneak my scissors thru the security guard and X-ray machine, but they took away my scissors.... (the big ones....i hid the snippers behind the iPad, but it wont cut out yo-yos)"

How many are guilty of trying to get scissors past security?/ I have never tried that. And, won't. She is lucky she wasn't hauled off to the hoosgow.

Oh Lajuan how tragic my thoughts and prayers are on the way for your family.  What can be done for broken pelvis please keep us all  informed.  My medical knowledge also expands through everyones posts.  I often wish I could get back into the medical field but i just feel too much time has elapsed.  Good thing you took quiltie I know how things take longer sometimes when we want answers immediately.  I'm finding myself praying now for tolerance and patience.  I guess with being sick right now I just don't have any.

I bought them at a place called Metis Gardens a park where they preserve all kinds of plants.  It is in a very small ecosystem along the St Lawrence River.  Walking through it you feel like you are walking through a piece of paradise. I planted the seeds but don't know if they will grow as they are a fussy bunch.  I have orange and red poppies. I just thought these would be great.

I'm sorry you're having a crappy time,  but sweet Jason?   Send him to me and I'll whip him into shape, along with CC's kids

Sweet? He's got you all fooled. LOL. He's doing better now especially after he heard about my week from hell at work. I'm so glad It's the weekend but I don't feel well right now (head and body aches) and it's s**wing again.

Do any of you recall the ammonite wallie I made last year? I'm still thinking I ought to make a trilobite to go with it...

Ooh that would be cool.

I love the silver jewelry If the guy doesn't like them someone else will gladly pay for them.

IS, read that again. No one in OUR family has a broken pelvis. This what a post, from a swapping friend on Post Card Pizazz. I am talking about her sneaking the scissors past security.

Oh wow Thea, I'm so happy for you! I think this is great! Now to see what you will create with this software...

Thank goodness I'm lol at myself.

Feeling a little better now but this bug is a hard one to beat I'll probably have remnants until the flowers are blooming and temp is 80 in the shade.

I'm gonna putz around the first floor space but really what i should do is knock out a wall and build on or move.  The quest continues for setting up sewing room.
