I finished a quilt today. This was made from a pack of charm squares I received at the Branson retreat. I really like this one, it's so cheerful and different from what I normally do. Really simple to make. I think I pieced it in an afternoon.

Judy

Your quilt is so pretty and cheerful.  Don't you just love doing easy ones once in awhile.

Very pretty quilt, Judy.  beginning to see the value of charm packs.

Very pretty, Judy!  I see you you were able to find yardage from the same fabric line for the border.

Donna, I know what you mean! I'm leaving tomorrow to spend four days with girlfriends at a beach cabin. We spend the days walking the beach, taking the ferry to the other islands and playing games. A great time, but, like you, I have withdrawals. Especially since I'm just starting the quilting on a quilt and I'm anxious to finish it. I may burn the midnight oil tonight.  Donna B (in Winthrop), do you see what I did with the hill? I took your suggestion and made the hill grassy with some blades of grass.Thank you so much.  OK, enough of this, I've gotta get moving, lots to do today.

Thanks everyone.

Nancy, It was in my stash and I don't think it's the same line but was close enough. I waffled all over the place on what to use and finally went back to my first choice. Here's the back. I did find the pinkish fabric in the 50% off rack. But I didn't have enough so pieced it with the left over charm squares.

WOW,  I really like what you did with the back too!  I hope to gain some creative "back" jojo from all of you so someday I will come up with an interesting back...lol.  So far mine are pretty blah...

Judy, how big is your very pretty charm square quilt?  I have so many charm packs just sitting there waiting to become quilts and I love this idea, simple but quick and also beautiful!  I love your layout!
