MaxNTopeka:In honor of National Quilting Day I (Finally!) finished Spin Cycle.
Max, double congratulations to you!!!
First on completing Spin Cycle on National Quilting Day and...
Second, for having Bangles, Baubles, and Beads featured on the recent QCA Newsletter!
BTW, I really like the spinning blocks on Spin Cycle and don't see how you would improve it. And the circular quilting is amazing and I know that is not easy to accomplish. I think it looks absolutely beautiful! I love your quilts!
Way to Go Max - you are my modern quilt idol!!!

Spin cycle is really neat, Max. Unfortunately it is feeling like my stomach feels right now. I think, like Debbie, I am having some IBS. Ginny
Max, I love your quilt! Awesome work!
This Spin Cycle is very interesting. It looks like a giant "G" to me. Does anyone else see the G?
MaxNTopeka: I'm still not in love with Spin Cycle, but it will now go to a new home where it will be loved and cuddled.

Max, I really love this quilt. It is so unusual and the quilting just enhances it beautifully.
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
Anyone else having trouble with this site being s-l-o-o-o-w today?
Donna--Please don't make me blush! I didn't know about BB&B being in the newsletter. Has been ages since I received one. Thank you for letting me know!
Ginny--I understand about the dizzy tummy effect. I got it too going around and around and around...
Sukochi--I see the big G, also. And part of the time it was a big '6' to me.
Thank you all for you generous comments! They mean a lot.
Max
Great quilt Max. The border really adds to the design.
I've started back on Bonnie Hunter's Easy Street. I spent quite a bit on these fabrics and want to finish even though I don't particularly like the pics of the reveal. Just not my cuppa tea, I guess. But it will make a good gift quilt, and I will have learned a lot through making it.
Max, very cool

Cool quilt Max.
Yes I see the G, Sukochi!!
Did I work on a quilt today? hahaha I've been working on about 10 quilts and 12 mini quilts for the past 6 weeks. And I cut out 4 more. Yep I think I worked on a quilt today, and yesterday, and the day before that, maybe tomorro and the day after that. Sorry sick sense of humor today.
Hugs.
I have not worked on a quilt today. It is a cloudy day in Northeast Kansas and I have picked up on that mood! I have been very lazy. I couldn't sleep last night so at 2am was cleaning vanity drawers! Maybe later I will have soon energy to get out of the recliner.
Max, Wi really like your Spin Cycle. Very clever.
To everyone, hope you are having a great day.

Brigit-Carol,
Don't know how far along you are with piecing Easy Street, but I ran across some variations for the assembly on this blog. Maybe the pics will give you some ideas how to maybe rearrange yours so you will like it better.

Max I love your spin cycle. It has so much energy flowing through it. I'm sure the recipient will enjoy getting so much energy.
