MaggieNae, Nixie is such a cutie! My daughter has a Pom and he is always on the go but she loves that he's that way. Been banned from some of the family's houses but his cuteness saves him when he comes here.
Barbara: Kris your heart applique is stunning, I I just love it . Barbara

Thanks Barbara.
I started working on my next appliqué block but didn't make much progress.
Oh I get it! LOL. I was looking at the wrong quilt! Hehehe no wonder I just couldn't figure out what you were talking about! This is where I need to slow down and read...what I see not what I think I see. Yes that one was a panel with blocks around it. Sorry for my brain f*^#t! I normally am good at avoiding those moments when I chat here.

Thanks Nancy. It is a panel wiht some flannel blocks around it. I thought it looked like so much fun...I just could not resist!
Oh WOW Jacy, this looks great! I love, love the movement throughout the quilt. I looks 3D! This will be interesting as how you will quilt it to keep that flow or movement going.
Thanks Kris. I found out there are many babies coming to be around! So I needed quilts!
Jacy: It's taken me a while but I finally finished my UFO project for this month. This will be for my DD, should have been for her birthday last year but hopefully I will get it quilted before her birthday this summer.

Kris: Debbie:Diana, I'm with you. not my thing either, I'm done some, like that SunBonnet Sue quilt but my hands start cramping on me. Perhaps you're gripping your work too tightly. I have hand issues but I love needle turn appliqué and hand sewing. I completed this yesterday: This is my first block of "Vintage Valentine" many of you would remember my talking about this pattern. Now I'm doing.

Pam: W O W Jacy, Kris, Patti! Just Wow! Haven't been on board awhile- rheumatoid arthritis issues/treatments. BUT did finish a Wild one for my husband- he loves these crazy eye bugging fabrics so I made a wall hanging for his studio....navajo print fabrics fussy cut.

Pam, What a fantastic wallhanging!!! Really post with that purple fabric.
Angele,
What great applique work. I've taken some classes but that's the extent of it. LOL Never could get it down pat.
This looks great Pam! Do you still have a piece of the original fabric? I would love to see what it looked like originally, as you did something georgeous with it!
Pam I've seen this one done at my LQS. I really like your colors better though! I got to say I might just have to put that pattern on my bucket list too!
