Patti:

Patti, your fabric simply glows!  This will be so fun to use in a quilt.

Joni:
What size is it?  It sure would make an awesome panel for a quilt.

We used a yard size piece of fabric for the dyeing.  the last picture shows about half of it.  And it was not much talent, just packing snow on scrunched up cloth and dripping dye on it.

the panel idea gave me an idea for a quilt pattern.  It won't be a panel, but some big pieces for the center of a block pattern I have in mind.

The directions made it seem hard but when you sit down and follow it step by step it is so stinkin' easy!

I have a tendency to read apattern and make it harder than it looks.

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=navajo+fabric&rt=nc  shows fabrics on ebay

sorry I couldn't get the site to  work or I'd have answered earlier.

I got fabric  on ebay- a navajo print- link above shows some of them. I got the turquoise ones pictured in ebay link also and am toying with a stack and whack or wouldn't a Pineapple block look interesting in a navajo style print?

What a beautiful puppy. It is so difficult when you work but maybe the cat will sort her out. My Cavaliers do nothing but sleep and eat and snuggle but I would not change them for the world.

Agnes:

The snow dyeing fabrics are truly unique. Love all that have been shown. The link I am sharing is for a long arm quilter in northern Manitoba who does a lot of snow dyeing, including backings for clients' quilts. She is also working on a sampler curve it up quilt using her own fabrics. I drool every time I see her postings. http://tamarackshack.blogspot.ca/

Agnes, I see why you like this blog.  Her fabric combinations are gorgeous and her work is amazing.  That snow died backing is perfect for the quilt she used it on!  thank you for sharing that.

Angele, love your baby quilts.

Patti, snow dying sure makes for some interesting fabric. Looks like a fantastic sunset.

Jacy, beautiful quilt. Your DD will love it for years to come.

Pam both your quilts are beautiful, but the first one calls to me. The purple fabric looks like it's moving like smoke.
