Marie - I have one granddaughter, almost 16, and not sure she'll want it. I actually put it up for sale at Etsy. and now, I found the pillow to match!

Marge P, good to see you posting again! Sounds like you have been doing some quilting to keep you warm and cozy.
I hope this means you are feeling better?

I love the redwork one. These ladies remind me of the petticoat or umbrella ladies with the southern belle dresses.

Nana, did you say earlier that you are designing this mystery quilt?

Shhhhh its a secret. We would't want to scare all these lovely quilters away....LOL> Yes this pattern will be a Nana original. Now don't go thinking scrappy because it isn't. I do my scrappy projects in the scrappy group. When I design for the MQs I try to do a pattern that looks difficult and most beginners would look at the pattern and say I can't do this. Then I break the pattern into manageable steps and you learn that you can do alot more that you thouht you could. It will be a great confidence builder and a beautiful quilt.
Nana,
if it's anything like your first one (MQ3) I know it's a winner and I'm definitely in.
I'm reading this description and thinking "I am in." I just love QOA! and it is creating some interest at my LQS. Hahaha

Creating interest at the LQS maybe bad...now they will be talking about all those "crazy" people that are online....LOL
Kris: Nana, if it's anything like your first one (MQ3) I know it's a winner and I'm definitely in.

I didn't do MQ3, so I had to go searching for pictures. MQ3 Very pretty!
I'm more than likely doing this, but I'm thinking of another quilt now .

I love the pics of MQ3. Are the steps still listed somewhere on the site? I joined the MQ3 group hoping to gain access, but couldn't find them.
