Mailbox Surprises 2013- gifts recieved

Hi all! I didn't know I'd get more than one present, so what a wonderful surprise to get another gift today! I stopped celebrating my b-day years ago, so this is really, really nice! Kudos to Kristin for taking on such a huge responsibility! She's doing a great job and I think, is to be commended for doing such a great job! I don 't think I could handle such a committment myself so thank you Kristin! Big hugs to all! chicagosinger

Kristin really has done a nice job getting all us quilting girls together.  I would like to post photos of my gifts but do not know how.  I will play around when I get more time.  Happy Birthday chicagosinger.

Yes, thank you. I"m having a great b-day....and it's not even my b-day yet! At least not till Friday! It's kind of nice not having snow. However, since I'm not a winter gal, I guess I'd rather have snow if it's going to be soooo cold (brrrrr!)! Besides, we need the precipitation, badly! But it is nice not to have to worry about slipping on black ice or snow! Guess I'm torn. There's something magical about the first snowstorm! Although, I must admit, by February, I'm ready for much warmer temps! I'm having trouble downloading my digital camera to my PC, or I'd be posting pictures as well! As soon as I can sit for more than a few minutes, I'll see if I can figure it out so I can post pics, too! Thanks for the birthday wishes! Happy birthday to any other January babies! Big hugs!

That's for sure! Oh, why couldn't I have been born in Fla., Ca., or Hawaii ???
