Angele:

Barbara I'm so glad you got your quilt.  It is so beautiful!  When you wrap yourself in your quilt, think that we are giving you a group hug!  And I agree with the others, you deserve a beautiful quilt like this one.

Candis you did a wonderful job putting it all together.  You are so generous and thoughtful. Thanks for organizing this.

Ditto what Angele said so perfectly.

Barbara what a nice thing for the ladies to do.  Your quilt is beautiful.  You can snuggle in friendship.  Congratulations.  Was it for your birthday?

Joyce ,No it was not for my birthday . My mother was killed in a hit and run in front of her house last month as she was walking home from church.  I had went home for the service and had a bad meeting with my family there.  These wonderful sisters here made me this beauitful quilt for big hug to help me thru a very hard time.  Barbara

Barbara, we all were wishing (and literally aching) last month to reach out and give you a quilty hug...and Candis (bless you) gave us that opportunity!  I am just so thankful that I could be a small part of this.  I had tears in my eyes all the time I worked on your blocks...especially picking out that red paisley fabric!  For some reason, that fabric was just telling me that it had to be in Barbara's quilt...no kidding!!!

I just hope that every time you curl up with your beautiful quilt you will think of all the love and support your QCA sisters were sending your way during those difficult days.

We love you Barbara,

 Winthrop, WA
