Jacy, are you having another birthday, already, cause you didn't get any cake, the other day, when it was your birthday, the first time?/

Hey, how did you know? Yep I had a little birthday party for myself shopping online today for quilty things. A lot less fattening than cake and if I show my DH the bill maybe he'll decide it's cheaper to remember to buy me a gift next year!

I just made some fantastic meatloaf!!  1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. Bob Evan's Farms Italian Sausage, 1 C Oatmeal, 2 eggs, 1/3 C BBQ Sauce, 1 t. sage, 2 t. onion powder, 1 t. garlic powder, 2 t. chili powder, salt & pepper, 1 t. celery seed -- I think that's it.  Mix all together and bake 375 oven for 1 hr. 25 min.  My hubby is very picky, and doesn't like chunks of things in his food --- which is why I use onion & garlic powder rather than the real thing.

Anyway, this tasted really great!  I hope you enjoy!

I'm making cube steak for dinner and was thinking about a brown gravy.  I've never made cube steak any suggestions I'm thankful for.

PIZZA, I rarely have pizza because I like it special.

Buy a cheese Freschetta Pizza then top with very thin sliced mushrooms, bell peppers (3 colors) and onions and more cheese.  Oh it was so good.  Probably be another years before I have another.  Had that for a late lunch, no need for dinner/supper now!  I'm still stuffed.

DS made brownies with frosting.  I made salmon and shrimp and it tasted like the best medicine in the world.

Hi Gang,    Making boneless ribs for supper.  We had a really late breakfast so it will be a late dinner.  Making some cole slaw to go with the ribs.   I made DH his favorite breakfast....army style SOS (with burger) on biscuits.  He always says that was the only time he went to the mess hall.  He loves the stuff and his BIL was a cook in the army and taught me how to make it.   There will be enough for another morning in a couple days.  He'll be in seventh heaven.
