I was sent a new password and I'm still getting an invalid credentials error. What do I do now?????
When I had that problem I ended up calling them. It turned out I was using the wrong user name. I am sure they can help you with your problem. Ginny

When I first started, I couldn't get in not because of my password, but because my last name. It contained a syllable that was a word they were not allowing on the site. They do like to keep our language clean. I called Admin and they helped immediately.
