Kris:I haven't been a paid member in over a year. You lose JoAnn's VIP card (I can live with that since they send me coupons anyway), Keepsake Quilting discount, Easy Quilts magazine etc.
I don't really use any of those things, and my computer never lets me watch the full episode of anything on qnn tv anyway. So come May, if things don't improve, I probably will quit.

Maybe Kris, sad but possible. I also think that the site grew so large and they did not do a good job of keeping up. It seems like it just grew with no real planning or thought to proactively addressing potential problems.
