Just joined yesterday, I am logged on as beginningquilter, I started quilting 2012 when I was layed off from my job. I purchased the Go cutter and found that I loved quilting I think it was cutting all the pieces that I never liked I have had so much fun sewing quilts. I have an embroidery machine so I have mixed both together making both baby quilts and throws for the most part. I have not yet really learned the quilt binding but still a beginner.
Welcome Sandy from East Tn. We are a fun bunch here and just jump in if you need help. We love to pass on our love of quilting to new quilters. Just ask away.

Welcome Sandy! Nice to have you here with us!
I'll bet you could find some YouTube videos showing how to do binding if you did a search. Do you have any quilting friends or a quilt shop or quilt guild nearby?

Hi Sandy. I just joined last week & have enjoyed reading the posts.
Hi Sandy,
I just recently joined myself and I am also a beginner. We seem to have a lot in common as I'm from TN too, and just purchased the Go cutter as well. I have made several quilts, one of them by hand and I am eager to learn as much as possible. Welcome to QCA!
