I have not been able to get on the QNNtv site since I joined QCA in December & signed up for 1 free year of QNNtv. Any sugestions?
Ardis, did you activate your account on QNNtv? If not, follow these steps
From the QCA homepage click on QNNtv in the upper right tool bar. Follow the instructions. Even though you'll add to the cart, there is no charge, you just enter in the code. I highlighted and copied the coupon code so I could just paste it into the field on QNNtv. You'll be asked to set up a user name and password.
If you've already followed all these steps and still can't get on to QNNtv you may need to contact QCA Admin.
