Agnes:

I haven't even read posts for a week now. Life went to to pots. Just five months after my husband passed away our older son left to join his dad. Life is so hard.

Agnes, I'm so very sorry for your losses, I know how you must be feeling.  I lost me DH 4 years ago last November and my DD 3months later.  No mother should witness the loss of a child or a DG child.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.  (((((HUGS)))))

Agnes this is so sad.  I'm so so sorry for your loss.  This goes without saying, but I wish I could wrap you in a quilt and help you out. If there is anything I could do p,ease let me know.

Did better today, had Fiber One 80 calorie chocolate cereal for breakfast; chopped salad from Subway for lunch - just greens, tomatoes, cucs, onions and about 2 tbs cheese and 1/2 apple.  Then had a weight loss shake for snack and for supper made spaghetti with spaghetti squash, ground turkey and a low cal spaghetti sauce with spinach and cheese, only 60 cals for 1/2 cup.

PT was some better and got out and walked around casino and then Sam's.  need to go do my exercises but still some ache in my back so I'll be putting ice on it when the ice pack chills enough.

Feel better anyway.

Agnes, so sorry to hear of your terrible loss.  The thing that helps somewhat in times like this is to try to do things for other people who need help~~gets your mind back to normal, it seems to me.   Wish I could offer more to help, but all we can do is go on with God's help, and  hope it gets better.

Oh I have been slacking!!!!!  Fell off and just forgot the way to get back on...Getting there slowly.  Eating wasn't all that stellar today, but I went to the store after work this evening and got lots of healthy stuff.  Going to make a chicken taco soup with kale and spinach for lunch for the rest of the week.

My birthday this past weekend was my excuse.  My excuse now is that I'm feeling *down*.  I know I'm feeling down because I'm eating cr@p.  When you put junk in, your body will feel like junk.  When you put good, wholesome food in, you feel awesome.  Well, i'm feeling the way I've been eating.  Time to get back to feeling better by eating better.

I've been trying to keep up with everyone, but I just haven't.  To those that are new, welcome!!  Never too late to start taking care of yourself!  For my fellow falling off-ers...pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep trucking!  For those that have seen losses, my hat's off to you!  Great job!  Keep it up!!!

Love and hugs to you all!

well, went to dr yesterday and I weighed same on their scales as mine at home.  officially have lost 13 lbs since Jan 1st.  still keeping up with 1200 calorie diet and been on treadmill 5 out of 7 days.  our challenge at work doesn't end till Mar 11th so hope can lost 5-7 more lbs by then.  thinking may have to step up exercise to continue to lose.
