I do like soup. I just made a huge pot of it. But I must have missed something because it sure didn't turn out as good as usual.
I need to get the fixings for chili. I LOVE chili over a microwave baked potato. I am a potato-holic. It's the Irish in me, I think. They are my comfort food.
I have to go cold turkey on some things or I won't make it. I'm not a big dairy person, dislike cheese, but have horific migraines that I rely on generic cola and excedrin to manage. Nothing else seems to work. I worked with a neuro in the past to try to figure out the triggers. But they are hormonal, so nothing that normally can be used works for me.
So...I'll work on cutting out some of my triggers and cutting back on some others.
I am soooo looking forward to the support here!

Nana:Eating 3 meals a day is my biggest downfall.
Same here. I also tend to eat one real meal a day and snack all day long. I eat more at night since I work night shift. My first meal is usually dinner.
I'm really trying to get into the habit of exercising. I let my pain keep me from getting moving. Since I got out of the Army I haven't exercised.

Sabrina, good for you, I started right away as well, with the diet, not the exercise. That's going to take me awhile to get into, I usually hibernate for the month of January. I hope this January will be different.
Okay because of the time difference im on Monday and i think you are still on Sunday, so Sunday for me went well, i exercised on the wii fit for 30 mins and ate properly the only snacks i had were fruit normally id eat any crap in between and ive cut down on my portion size dramatically now there is no mountain on my plate im not sure if its easier at the moment because im not working or whether it will be easier when i am working, the good thing is no chance to snack when im working not allowed any food in the packing room when im packing chocolates.
