Yeah we have a mountain in our front yard after the plowed this morning. The precip ended around 3am. Now we have high winds and low temps.
Oh Kris, bad enough to get all that snow, and now high winds? Sounds like there will be a lot of drifting.

Snowing here this morning, then suppose to turn to freezing rain, just lovely :(
Leslie its suppose to start snowing here soon , but the temp is going to drop and we may get 1 to 3 inches before morning. At least its not blowing today . Be careful if you have togo out in freezing rain. ugh !!
Morning Barbara, when I watched the weather this morn, it showed you would be getting snow, I think I am suppose to get a mix until around 10:00am they said your area would get it all day today and stop sometime tomorrow, I thought of you when they said that. Hope you are all set and don't have to go anywhere. Me my butt will stay home LOL

God has granted me blue, sunny skies for the last day of the year. Also, warm at 50. Doesn't get any better then that in the South in the winter.
At church, yesterday, all were talking about the snow of the last 3 days. What snow? Our little hollow keeps everything out of here. For that I should be thankful. But, I would like a few snow days this winter. Only my idea is snow in the woods, not on the street!
