Everyone's photos were beautiful. If I have time before going to the vascular doctr I''ll take some photos of my little tree. It's cute. The only other decorations I put out this year are my snowmen and the small Santas. I love all the big trees everyone has. Sukochi yours is the winner I think. I love that country look and you can find it in Georga.
Hugs.
Agnes, This is beautiful and yes i would leave it up al year too.
lots of love
Francesxx
Annie,
A beautiful tree, but so big i would never fit that one in our house.
Diana,
I only do a tree (not the whole house like mum used to do) Its just me and Dad this year so very quiet but although we will miss mum i have to say i still love Christmas even though we celebrate it very quietly no parties, just me and Dad. God bless you and your DH.
Zsofia,
I love your tree and the Christmas card is very unique:)
Agnes Love your tree.
Quilting My Rainbow
Diana, I do Paul and I sorta feel the same way. We do our giving through out the year .With his PTSD we or he doesn't do well with shopping either. I do have a little fiber optic tree up but that's for me. . Have a nice dinner panned as well . Barbara
EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
Love seeing all the decorations! I'm sorry, we don't have anything up this year. It's just been so busy and it's just DH and I and we're not having anyone over, so we sorta passed this year on the decorating. It's great to see what everyone else has done!
Bonita, the bunnies are adorable, I also love the owl near the top of the tree. Love both your trees, they're beautiful.
Millbury, MA
It's beautiful Agnes and certainly fits the season and reason. Looks like so much love went into making it.
Annie, your tree is sooo beautiful. Did you make the skirt? Wish I could see the wall hanging I see a little of top right, all those flying geese.
Zsofia, beautiful tree and I love the card, just too cute!
Marie,
Thanks. The flying geese is a Civil War sampler. It is in my gallery if you want to take a peek.
Frances,
This tree is too big for my house. the only reason it fits is because I have the slanted roof line in my living room.
My daughters and I spent an hour trying to figure out how to use just the top 3 portions of the tree and leave out the bottom one but the tree was too wobbly. And with 2 grandbabies and a new dog this year, I couldn't risk coming home to the tree on the floor...
Happy Holidays, everyone
Frances, thanks for asking the question, thanks to all who responded, it's nice to know how our friends decorate or not for Christmas. It's a very personal thing so thanks for sharing. Have a very Blessed Christmas everyone. (((((HUGS)))))
I've enjoyed looking at everyone's pictures of their trees and decorations. They are all so very pretty! Agnes, I love your wall hanging! I haven't put up a tree or decorations since the early 70's. So I was feeling a little like Ms. Scrooge this morning until I realized I DID have a decoration hanging up. This Christmas Rooster hangs in my kitchen window year round so I sort of forget he is actually a Christmas tree ornament.
Frances, he's not much...but he's the best I've got! Max
