Hi Everyone,
Well ive finally done it, ive decorated our Christmas tree and heres picture proof,(not a very good one) but hey you cant have everything, its not anywhere near as good as my mum would have done, but now im wondering what do your trees look like??
Lots of love
Francesxx
Okay, Ms Francesxx, You have given me a challenge to get out of bed this afternoon and finish the work on my Christmas tree. I don't know how far I will get, but I will get up and work on it.
Love, Ginny
Frances, beautiful tree, you did good, I love your view out the windows ..very nice.
EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
No tree here but yours is pretty Frances.
I have mine up, but all it has is lights. We are going to wait to decorate after my daughter and her boys get her. The tree actually does not look that bad, even without the decorations. I will try and post a pic later. Yours is very nice Frances and I agree you have a lovely view.
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
Here it is.....
Wow Sukochi,
Thats a BIG tree and it looks great i love the little cottage and the candy canes.
lots of love
Ginny honey,
I know you have not been well so be careful and take it easy, im sure Santa will find you even if your tree isnt finished.
Pretty tree Sukochi, your house ornament reminds me of the ceramic ones that I painted years ago.
That little house is one of those cardboard buildings. It is put over a tree light so the windows light up.. So, the lights are on but nobody's home!! LOL
I have some really great ornaments. Never have been on for the standard ornaments. I have handmade or purchased "county" ornaments, if you will.I have got some awesome ones. Once I tried lighting one of those real candles. Just let it burn for a second before I scared myself and blew it out.
Sukochi,
You make me laugh so much only you would light a candle on there Christmas tree and then scare yourself so you blew it out.
Some of my ornaments are special too, the eggs are handpainted which i brought from Saltzburg in Austria when i was on holiday there for a chrstmas, and i made some Origami ornaments this year as well.
Oh, forgot my Byers Carolers. I only have these two. Would love more.
Please for give the dust on the top of the Cabinet!! Hanging my head in shame. Thea, do NOT look at this picture. It might send you into a cleaning frenzy!!
Good job you cant see the dust at my house now that really would send Thea into a cleaning frenzy.
Charlie Brown's tree....
Don't strain your neck.
Frances, I love your tree and would love to have a window view like you have. Wishing you and your family time together and treasured memories this Christmas.
Seeing your picture reminds me that I still need to look for my Garland and Angel topper.
This is the first year in a long time I have had the space for anything but a 2ft. Table top tree. My Son finally had his piano moved to his house so I now have room so here is a picture of mine.
