Several of us have been complaining about the site working so wonky. The last few days it has been working well for me except page changes still take longer than other forums I am on. Nonetheless, I want to say "thankyou" to the powers that be for getting the site up and running correctly again.
Brigit-Carol,
Yes, it does seem to be better. Not getting the error now but still a bit slow at times but soooooo much better. A big thank you to those who worked to get the site back on track.
BB, is right it has been better for the last few days, THANK YOU . We are so quick to complain when it's not going right but we forget to say a big THANK YOU for the work you do

I agree. Thank you to whoever has worked on the site. I haven't had any error messages in a couple of days.
I would like to add my" Yee Haw". 8-}
You got it going again. We are all so thankful to all of those who had a hand in fixing what was broken. We so appreciate it.
Thank you it has been better , still has issues but better.
EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
Really slow for me tonight but no errors. I'm take that.
BTW, has any of you ever gotten a phone call from QCA reminding you to renew your membership? The lady on the phone was quite persistent.
i've been getting error messages all day, the site is slow and it won't post half of my posts.

NO Kris and I wouldn't think QCA does this . Barbara
Gini ,I have days when it does and days its good ,more bad then good . I just work with it the best I can.
Well, I guess I mis-spoke as I had problems last evening. I thought a bit of positive reinforement might help. Ah well, a good try!
It was the thought that counted and I am sure that the QCA members were glad not to see dozens of complaints - I do know they care and they try but there is only so much they can anticipate. It is slow to me - but then I expect quick page turn arounds... so when I have to wait 30 seconds for the page to load it gets old - we have fast computers and I want this page to work fast too - but I am not leaving anytime soon - I am just learning patience - something my quilting has taught me too...teehee
Thea AMEN, to the patience thing ,Quilting does do a very good job of teaching us that. working in a world the is now now now, Its nice to have the slowed down pace.
Not so much for me. It has been slow for me all along, never did get any better, and since yesterday I'm getting the error message again. :(
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
SPud ,I've been getting those as well . very frustrating.
