Marsha your quilts are lovely. I think the blue is great. I would have a difficult time matching all the blues or any color. I'm still working on that. Very pretty.

Marsha and Christine -- All three of your quilts are wonderful. I do have a admit I'm partial to the blue on-point. Really classy.
Well, I finally got around to taking a picture of my completed MQ7 quilt top. I was going to add another border because to me it appears unfinished the way it looks, but I'm really not liking this one too much...I don't mind the pattern, I just don't like my choice of fabrics, so I don't want to add anymore fabric to it. Eventually I will get it in to have it long arm quilted, but it will be awhile, as I have other projects that have to get done for an upcoming fundraiser and some customer orders. I can't wait until the next mystery quilt though!
Gina: my completed MQ7 quilt top
I think it's great Gina. You did a wonderful job. Some red or dark blue binding will set that quilt up so nicely. Now of course If you don't want to keep it I'll send you my address. :c) There's always room for another quilt. And I'm looking forward to what Nana has in store for us in March. too.

Thank you Mimi! I sure appreciate the advice on red or dark blue for the binding, too. I do have to agree with you now that you've brought it to my attention! I have no idea what I will do with it...it's gonna be quite awhile before I have it long arm quilted. I might just give it away ;o)

Thank you Kris. I guess maybe it doesn't look as bad as I thought it did, since some people actually do like it!
An ignorant newbie question -- how do we hear about MQ8 ? I don't remember how I stumbled into the middle of MQ7 ...
