Very nice Bonita, are these the State Flower ones or was that someone else? Anyhoo, I like them!
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
Thanks Spudgrandma, no these are the daisy twice the charms I found at MSQco.
Wow, this discussion has exploded in a few days! All the fabrics are gorgeous. Here's a sampling of mine. They're flannel and from the Ruby line of Moda fabrics. I did the pick-two-pieces-from-two-bags method and went with whatever matches showed up except for the last 3 to make sure I didn't have to put two pieces of the same fabric together. I've had to order more for the outer borders. Luckily the line is still out there and I could find a few coordinating pieces. I really hate that fabrics come and go so quickly. If you don't use them fast and you end up needing more, you're out of luck.
Debbie:I am ready for step 3!
Great job Debbie. It's going to be a very sweet quilt. Congratulations on being ready for Friday!
Marsha-SM: I really like some of the prints in this collection.
So do I!! I have that collection from Connecting Threads but it is in a pre-packaged kit. Some day, some day........ UFO challenge is coming up soon. Great job on the MQ7. It's going to be stunning.
Marilyn B: I did manage to get my step 2 done. Looking forward to Friday.
Yummy colors Marilyn. The batiks just dance. It's just so long to Friday and the next clue, don't you think? Friday can't come soon enough for me.
Ms MoomMist:Here is my next steps.
MMM You are making me want spring to arrive soon. Such lovely flowers. This will brighten up any cloudy gray day. WTG
Pat:Just finished up step 2.
Super job Pat and I don't think I've yet said hello and welcome to QCA. Can't wait to see your MQ7 finished. It's going to be luscious!
Bonita,
It's just too pretty. It sure is going to be hard to pick just one of these MQ7's. Each new one is more wonderful than the last. Great job, Bonita!

You have some unique prints, Marilyn. I could see a stack-n-whack from the bluish one on top!
On the banks of the Mississippi River in north central Minnesota (Brainerd lakes area)
Bonita: Here's mine, just went with the ramdom picks just made sure no colors or pattern pieced together.

Darn, I think I should have stuck with that set! Very pretty!
Very nice Deborah, I have a few of those in cotton - flannel will make a wonderful warm and comfy quilt!

Isn't that the truth! I'm thankful for the online shops that don't clear out old fabrics quickly. I can usually find what I need if I have the complete name and search long enough.
It's not to late Nancy, you can always make two.
Oh, I think I'll be able to use that set with another pattern sometime - maybe the next mystery quilt!
