Cathy D:Here are the fabric options I have. I would like to go with 10 fabrics. Which would you reject?
Marie: Ditto what Tracy said and I would save the bottom right fabric for one of the borders, that leaves you only one more to eliminate.

I, too, would pull out the paisley on the bottom right. Not sure if I'd use it in the border until I saw how the top was shaping up. So #5 - how about the solid pink, second from top on right? That would leave you two greens, two blues, two pinks, and the patterned fabrics and light neutrals. Can you shoot us another picture with that combination?

Nana: I used 30 blocks to make my quilt top. That is 5 blocks x 6 rows. This makes approximately a 56 x 60 quilt.
Ok Nana, here is where you start holding my hand...is the 56 x 60 measurement with or without the border?
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
These are my fabrics, I have chosen, I hope they look good together.
Very pretty weezee56 - I don't think we have met so I also wanted to say Hi and nice to meet you.
I'm curious...is there a reason that very few people post their photos in the "Media" section? I'm being totally selfish....it would be so much easier to keep track of everyone's choices and progress.
Karyn
It's probably because "Media" is back in groups, so it's not as easy to know when there have been new postings.
Hello Cathy, I like the paisley fabric but it doesn't play well with the others, your gray scape shows many med fabrics, I would exchange the two solid pinks for some bits of gold and lavender from the gladiolas to have more lights, I would eliminate one of the greens as they read the same. Just my opinion.
Cathy D
I would take out the pink in the second row, and the pink and paisley that are on the bottom row. You have some beautiful fabrics with a great mix.

That measurement is with all but the last border. I think....I will have to remeasure tomorrow to be sure...LOL
My material arrived while I was taking my nap. Yes Nap.... I have Bronchitis again. It is in the washer. I will try to get some of it cut out tomorrow.
Weezee
I love your fabrics.
let me rephrase. No the Bronchitis is not in the washer ..... the fabric is in the washer.
Wendy
You caught that way too quick cause I was going to ask how you put your bronchitis in the washer. Hope you feel better soon. You sure have a time with these lung issues.
Wendy, I got my fabric today also, I'm going to try and cut it tomorrow. Yep, you have to be careful how you word things here or some smart alec will come along and be a smart alec :)
Feel better soon Wendy...
