Nana:
For those that would like to start looking thru your stash you need to find 15 to 20 fat quarters that coordinate well.

So if you had 20 FQ but only 10 different colors (2 of each color) would that work for this quilt? If so, I think I'm good...

Nana,

Can you tell me if  MQ7 will work with a jelly roll?  If so, would you list that as an option when you release the instruction.

Thanks

very cool Nana, you just got our creative juices ready for Friday.. FQ's?? my gosh I have 4 huge bins with fats separated by color value and prints, then one full of batiks, OMG can't wait to play on this merry-go-round.. Like Karla's good find,  last spring I purchased a variety of Fats 60 total none the same just because I had used soooo many of my stash making cute little quick shoe totes for my siblings and friends for Mother's Day. I'm going to go make one right now for my SS.. but like potato chips you can't make just one..lol See you all Friday!

Here's my fabrics.  I am not sure about all of them.  You can hardly make out the dark purple on the right.

Patti me too, I love that white sprigs fabric, and I have used a mottled fabric as the one 3rd f R, you will just have to wait and see what area of the quilt it will be needed in. in the quilt I made in purples reds and blues a pattern tuning twenty I particularly needed a no print one to blend in.
