That's ok. I have lost count of how many UFOs I have. There are numerous ones that just need to be quilted....LOL

Ive actually sat here and thought that since its a small, quick one i can have two ufos instead of one.
Spudgrandma: Jacy: This will motivate me to finish up a project or two first before I start MQ7. Just kidding! Somehow I never feel guilty for leaving current projects in the dust when a new one comes along. Too funny Jacy. When I joined QCA, way back when, I would not start a new project until the current one was finished; but there were a few ladies on here who finally corrupted me :) Gini was the biggest instigator...I helped her navigate the site and she led me astray...

just listen to you, this is NOT corruption. i am trying to expanding your quilting horizons, (and your back closet). the full closet is a by-product, just think of how much fun it is to open a closet in front of guests and have the contents popping out all over them. : ) and lucky you to have a halo, i've never even gotten close enough to one to touch, they just bounce up out of reach when i get close.

Okay gini, what ever you say :) As for the halo, I'll share...
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
nana said this one is going to be short and sweet.
Any hints on size I'm thinking x-mas.
Quilting My Rainbow
I will be better able to give measurements tomorrow after I finish my borders. I am estimating about 50 to 55 x about 60. This is just a rough estimate. It goes together really quickly and you should be able to have your quilt finished before Christmas. It will be a good lap quilt size.
Nana, how long will we have to get the fabric before you actually start? Not that it really makes that much difference as I would not have to have it finished for anything in particular... :) Just curious or nosy...

We will post fabric requirements and cutting instructions on Nov 2. I won't post the first sewing step until Nov 16. It will only require 2 more steps after that and you will be done.
Hmmmm, I only have 2 quilts to finish for Christmas and the wool applique projects, .... with a few extra borders I could make a twin size quilt for a gift or for MEE!!! I'm in!
Nana,
What are you doing to me, I had been totally committed to sitting this one out due to the fact i havent finished the last one (or even close) and then you tell me its a quick one so as much as i shouldnt im in.
Just a question but isnt this a very small quilt for you Nana, not your usual tent size :)
lots of love

This isn't one of my designs. Those tend to be bigger than this one....LOL>

You only have two UFOs how do you manage that???
My good intentions for not starting anything new until I finish what I have. . .have left me. But finally, next week I really will be back to part time. So I can't think of a better way to celebrate. I will work 3 days a week until Thanksgiving, and then it is down to 2.
Lets see if I can just use fabrics from my stash.
