Kris - glad you are going to look at them - but please remember I have only got about 1/9th of the pictures posted... I think I got pictures of almost every quilt and they were all beautiful.  I'll post for days now - I have to crop them all so they all look there best and they were taken with my good camera so you should be able to blow them up.  I'll post some of my favorites here - the ones that amazed me and some that just made me smile...

Here is one that amazed me - it had such a 3d affect and was beautifully done - crisp points - beautiful colors - and just stopped me for a minute when I saw it and I didn't have time for stopping so that I could get all the pictures... but it was very nice.  As most know I love bright quilts most of the time - I make some subdued ones but the rainbow colored ones and the applique quilts draw me in - this was so colorful and the black just sets it off... Very nice.

Then I have a couple round quilts that I want to make and saw a few different ones at the show!  They took the round quilt and made it rectangular - very beautiful - this border was different!

This quilt was one of the ones that just wowwed me - love the flying geese around the center - so awesome - and I am sure that this was paper pieced.

This was a gorgeous if simple quilt  the applique was fantastic and the quilting was stunning!  I took some close ups of this quilt so I could study it and better myself.

Patti:

wow Thea, I looked at your blog.  some truly amazing quilts.

Patti - they were weren't they - but I am not done yet - lol - I have still over 800 more pictures and each one deserves to be shown.  Some like the tent makers quilts are fantastic and their story is wonderful - a lot of those look exactly alike but different colorwaves - I think I will make separate blog pages as i go forward so those who have looked don't have to scroll down a page to get to where they left off... There may end up being 10 pages...lol  I just can't leave any quilt out... just like when I was taking pictures - I looked and would think - that one is nice but... then I would think ... nope need that ones picture too.

The only ones I wasn't able to get were where we were specifically told not to take pictures.  I didn't understand that reasoning as they said taking pictures could harm the quilts - I am not sure about what a digital picture does to a quilt - some one needs to teach this old lady about that... but those quilts I can't share - hopefully they will be shown somewhere as they too need to be shown they were beautiful...

Thea my first thought when I saw this pic was a worm hole.  It does have that outer space feel.
