Kris: Judy T-Bellingham:Kris, thanks for this link. They have a wonderful Vintage Tin pattern that I just couldn't resist. Guess I'll need to bone up on my embroidery skills. Perhaps it might be my project for the Branson retreat. You're welcome Judy. "Vintage Tin" was featured at soireé yesterday.

Oh, Hang Dang!! Wish I'd been there. They have the fabrics for the pieced blocks and background as shown in the pattern? Let's see, it's a three hour drive, I could be there by 2:30 if I got my rear in gear. Well, won't happen I'm afraid but nice to think about.
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
Drawing for door prizes also took place last evening. I was tickled when my name was called (I don't usually win anything). I got one of these thread catchers that Nana made:
Spud got one as well:
Nana scored a 30 minute massage (to be done here) and Nancy got a $15 gift certificate to the shop here.
Kris: Thanks Frances. The red work is Winter Wonderland by Crabapple Hill.

Sometimes amazing things happen. George just mentioned "Gorgeous day, let's go for a drive tomorrow". I called my client said "Gee, so sorry but an emergency has come up, we'll need to reschedule". She was delighted as she was pressed for time anyway.
Guess where we're going for lunch?
Leavenworth.
I have such a lovely hubby.
Super instructor Gini also found time for a free motion lesson.
Deb has been a very enthusiastic and model student:
See super teacher in the background? She's everywhere.

I'm not sure if they have the fabrics Judy. The shop is really bare compared to their stock last year. We're finding things to spend money on though.
Have never done any machine quilting. why is Deb earing gloves? Neat freak perhaps? Small minds want to know.
Nancy has a beautiful block:
Wow, those were all great door prizes, Oh, oh, oh, tell Nana that her cinnamn rolls are ribbon- worthy. A friend of mine gave that pronouncement when I took them to my quilt group. And she should know. She is a multiple blue ribbon winner at the Michigan State Fair. In fact, she wants the recipe. Yea Nana! Ginny

Judy,
that's fantastic. we were hoping we'd get to see you.
LaJuan Sukochi Lee: Have never done any machine quilting. why is Deb earing gloves? Neat freak perhaps? Small minds want to know.
Sukochi,
I think the gloves are worn to move the quilt around under the needle they grip the quilt better, either that or shes going round checking on the dusting.
Those are free motion gloves. They have grippy palms to help with moving the fabric.
How cute is that Singer Featherweight Kris!
Millbury, MA
Lisa, love your x rated pouch! : ) Bottom one looks like me when I sunbathe on my deck! : )
Kris:More trivia: can you tell us who made this one:
Is it Bertie's, she had the purples?
