How do you convert one quilt design format to another?

Hi, I have a friend who purchased several designs for a QBOT (.4qb). The company does not sell the designs in the .hqf format so she can use them on her new Baby Lock Crown Jewel. Does anyone know if there is a way to convert the design from one format to another. This is a computer based quilt design.

You need to contact someone who digitized designs and find out if they can convert the .4qb to a different format.
