Bonita

I would have been you the man behind her.  I would have been rolling in the floor.  The story is hilarious and what is even funnier is that she believed you.

Kris:
Marie, don't feel bad for sharing this. It makes for good conversation. I usually know when these types of shows come up, my patients ask all kinds of questions and some want to know if they should have the tests or not.

Thanks Kris.  What's disappointing is that I thought Dr. Oz was more responsible than that.  I used to watch Oprah when he was on and he seemed believable.  But like I said before, maybe that statement was used out of context or there was more to it than that.

i will never forget the look on sam's face when i told him how much his new fingernail clippers (my good applique scissors) cost, and now i needed to get a new pair because my former scissors were now unusable for applique.

i didn't need to divorce him,  he got the message, so there was no need to train a new husband.    he is pretty gun shy and doesn't touch any of my scissors before asking these days,  then he's a bit shaky when he does.

After 40+ years, I still have a bit of work to do in the scissor department, but he is much better :)

Bonita,

Heard this one before but it is still funny. Actually, my husband was in line the other day buying cat litter for my Mom's cats. Mom recently went to the nursing home for rehab. Anyway, the cashier wanted to know if he had a cat and he said, no, I hate cats. She looked bewildered and the lady behind him said, well, I have cats. Tthe cashier said she loves her cats. Another lady comes up and says she has two in the house and they are going to call me to fall and kill myself.  She said she hates cats. This got all the ladies in a discussion so my husband just looked at them and said, well, now that I have that started I'm taking my kitty litter and leaving.
