well leslie, this is the best explanation i have seen for the missing sock mysteries. sam once got so irritated at "ME" for all the onsies in their own special drawer, yes they take up an entire drawer, i just know they will turn up someday. the problem is the kids outgrow their socks before i find the mates. anyway. i finally told the dear boy that missing socks were a fact of life and if he wanted to be a millionaire, solve this irritating problem and people would pay him money.

that's a little harsh, don't you think? they should get, at the very least, one last chance, poor things. now you've got me feeling sorry for all your tossed socks.
Boy Leslie,
Poor little sock losing it's mate like that. Not even a chance of reconciliation. You a hard one. LOL
ROFLOL You guys are funny!

Gee Barbara so instead of just being lonely your onesie socks get smeared in the dirt.
Leslie : Im sorry but they never show up
well that's because you are so mean and toss their mates out without a chance. they know their true mates are no longer around, so why return to your house. word gets out, you know.
at least barbara keeps them busy until their mates show up.
Nana not all of them just the stained ones..LOL the ones that are in good shape are put in a nice soft basket till the mates show up ,which is usually in the next load of laundry
Oh the work ones are treated will ,the don't get lonely I keep them all together .
... And to think people considered those of us with "talking pets" in the animals forum a little nuts. You guys are claiming socks have feelings...
