EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
I love your block Thea!!
I really love seeing all the different ways one block can look with all the different fabric choices.
I just checked out the BOM on Craftsy. So after ready everyone's comments and seeing all the beautiful block, I talked myself into doing the 3013 BOM. Like I need to be talked into any quilting project. You all are so talented. I'm getting there slowly but surely. I have so many projects on my plate, I hope I can keep up. If Thea, Barbara and all the other hard working ladies on QCA can keep up, I should be able to keep up with the little bit that I do. I love all the beautiful blocks you all have done so far.

Melissa Halpain: I talked myself into doing the 3013 BOM. I'm getting there slowly but surely.

Think I have picked out the "main" fabric for the quilt. But not sure . .. I would love to have a Christmas quilt when all was said and done . . . but I really like this fabric. . . . I guess I can always do another BOM w/Christmas fabrics another time. This looks like fun, this will be my first Craftsy class.
Everyone's blocks look fantastic!
Here are my blocks. I LOVE my new 1/4 foot! My blocks are the size they need to be now! So very happy!!!!!
I love the colors you have chosen, Dawn. Ginny
Here are my 4 blocks for January. I decided to use up the crate of Christmas fabric for this one so I can end up with a Christmas Quilt to use!
Had a little difficulty following her instructions, but after watching it over a couple of times, it made more sense. My blocks did not quite square to the 6 1/2" but it could be that I didn't do a scant 1/4". However she said if you did the same thing consistently, it shouldn't be a problem! We'll see...
Wow great starts everyone. I just finished mine up, but not sure I'm liking the choice yet, perhaps will try something else also.
and I couldn't get 6" square but then I'm using a dfferent machine so I may try using my 1/4" foot instead of my walking foot . I thought I had the 1/4" marked but now I'm not too sure.
Dawn and Ms Moom Mist - your blocks are very nice.
I do love some of the blocks that members are doing with the Christmas fabrics... had thought of that myself but I have so many blue fabrics and pieces here and there that this year I will be doing a lot of scrappy blue quilts - pulled out my scrappy patterns and hopefully soon will feel worth a poop so that I can sew without having problems...
I can hope - right!
Thanks Thea! Will pray you feel up to quilting soon!
Dawn, pretty blocks. I have that fabric you used for the center. It's very colorful. Making a full size quilt from it.
Patricia Faye, pretty Christmas fabrics. Looking good.
MMM, very nice blocks.Pretty pink.
