Judy and Patricia -- both of your blocks look fantastic. I love the snowmen on the stars.
Patricia Faye:I completed the October blocks this morning.
Nice work Patricia.
Nice blocks Jap. I don't see anything wrong with them.
Great looking Blocks Patricia faye. This BOM has gone pretty fast for me.
JAP: I'm catching up. August blocks are finished. They are not perfect, but neither am I. Color combinations and piecing need improvement.

Great job! Love your fussy cut snowman :-)

Patricia Faye: I completed the October blocks this morning. I agree with you all & don't perforate my paper before sewing & I also leave the paper on until it is all sewn together. Hard to believe these are the last blocks! Now to put them all together. I bought the fabric pack they offered with the class & I have quite a bit of it leftover.

Wonderful job Patricia!
Thanks to everyone for your kind remarks concerning my August blocks.
Here's my Drunkard's Path Chain block (September)
Very nice and colorful, Jap. Good job!

Another real nice block Jap. You're going to have pretty Christmas quilt.
Nice work JAP. Pretty fabrics.
Great blocks, everyone! I'm so jealous of those of you that are caught up. I had my last Chemo treatment today, so hopefully I'll be able to start cathing up soon. These last few weeks I have been particularilly tired, but I'm told I should start feeling better in 3 weeks or so. I still have radiation to go through, but I'm hoping I can squeeze a few days of sewing in there somewhere.
Have any of you ordered from Fabric Attic? I am having the worst luck with them, and was wondering if it is a fluke or if I should just see if I can cancel my order. It's been a month now and no product has shipped.
Hope you all have a great weekend!
I finished the first pp block. I can live with it, but it won't win a prize, LOL. I don't "hate" paper piecing, but I am not in love with it either. I will work on the circe of geese today. I really like the look of the block, sure hope my block looks like that. I tried cutting out my fabric ahead of time like she did then had to re-cut it all. My brain just doesn't seem to make the connection for sewing on the back. I finally received my drunkards path templates yesterday so hope to get all the blocks finished this coming week. I'm on vacation for a week so am looking to finsh up some things.
Here's the second block for September (Cleopatra's Puzzle). This one drove me nuts. It skewed to one side and would not square. I made it twice and still I'm not very happy with it. I watched the tutorial at the Missouri star Quilt Company (Drunkard's Path: the easy way) --- Looks much easier.

Here's another picture of it.
