Thea - I also used the patterns given - tried one first, and they are accurate, I think. Do know from years ago that if the pattern is not made right, you can't do this block and get it to come out right - been there, done that! So, I have the two blocks all laid out on my table, ready to sew together. Today was quilting day at my cabin, so any sewing was done out there on Nursing Home quilts and the bags we learned to make today. We have so much fun together!
Carol - when you fold it in half does it match exactly? That is what I am trying to find out - or if - it is a slightly off circle pattern... I will keep trying if it prints to be a 1/4 circle - but if it is supposed to be slightly off then it is correct now...lol

they look awesome - do you have a picture of the templates that you could take and fold in half so I cna see that - then I will work on my printer....
I guess you answered me though - lol - I will work on the printer and see what is up with it...
Bonita, you should be happy with them, they are beautiful!

Carol, can't wait to see yours sewn together, love the colors, nice job!
Thanks Marie.
Here's the August blocks. All caught up now.
Bonita,
nice work on your August and September blocks. I love the fabrics you chose. Great Drunkard's Path blocks.
Thanks Kris, they were time consuming but kind of fun too. Not sure I'd want to do a full quilt of them though.
Bonita, good for you, all caught up. I love your Aug. blocks especially the one on the right. The star fabric is beautiful!
I have tried and tried to get my printer to print the templates for September correctly and to no avail - one last chance on my old printer to see if that will work - I have it all set up the 100% size way so am not sure what is wrong... but I have plenty of paper to keep trying...lol
Craftsy told me that the pattern when folded in half should meet exactly and I am not meeting - I have about 1/8" on the one side curving to the middle - so I am frustrated and guess if the old printer doesn't print them correctly will just have to wait for the MM templates...
Thea - sorry you're having such a hard time on this - don't mean to aggravate you more, but here's the photo of mine - they went together just fine, and came out to the right size. Why don't you go ahead and make one little block and see if it's OK? You may be stressing over this too much~good luck!
Carol, I knew they'd be beautiful when you put them together. I'm impressed with how the fabric falls in the one on the right, middle path. Did you fussy cut?
