Elizabeth: Jeanine, This quilt is lovely. You got the colors perfectly. It would look beautiful in my house if it is looking for a home :)

Thanks. I don't have plans for it but it will probably be donated to the hospital.
Snugglebug Quilter: Oh my goodness. It has been forever since I've been here! Homeschooling my twin teenage boys is quite time consuming! Plus my mother in law is here for an extended visit, which is great because she loves to sew, (and cook!) but still a little to get used to. Anyway, I have been able to complete 2 QOV in the past week! and also a few Project Linus quilts, and I'm on the last one I hade waiting for me to do. I'll try to post some pictures, but seems like I never have time to document the ones I do. As usual Jeanine, seems you are a super busy bee. Don't know how you have time to interact here as well as work and quilt! Do you ever sleep?! Anyway, keep up the great work ladies. Love to read about your goings ons!!!

I am starting a QoV group in January with Iowa 4H. I think we have 15 kids so far. I am putting kits together now. That's 15 quilts at least to Longarm. It will be fun to work with them. I am trying to get an adult assigned to each kid and make the quilt together.
Nice quilts, Elizabeth. Good to see you posting.
I finally got around to quilting my step sons batman quilt. It is a Christmas gift. (He is 28)

I just volunteered to longarm quilts for our local 4-H for this project. I alos volunteered to help on a open sewing day for the 4-H kids. I feel this is a wonderful way to give back

Very cool. I have never worked with 4h before and never had 4H where I grew up. Looking forward to it.
Love your Batman quilt Jeanine, I'm sure your son will love it.
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
Love this quilt. Do you know where I can get this pattern?

Which quilt are you referring to?
HI Elizabeth,
Both quilts are quite lovely. Your quilting fits the designs so very well. You should be proud!

Hi Jeanine,
I think you lived up to your challenge, LOL! How did you get the on point square into the center of you pinwhee? Dang! I guess if
I stare at it long enough, I can figure it out, Duh! I really like the pattern.
Great job!

HST...then snowball corner. Four snowballed corners makes the square. :-)
I am referring to the quilt that you had to match paint swatches to fabric colors. I love it and would like to get the pattern.
