Agnes, it looks like you have a summer garden growing on your bed, it's so beautiful. I love the S&W purple mug rugs.

Looking at your flower quilts gives me joy also - looks like spring might be coming out there somewhere. The maple syrup producers around here are already tapping the trees to make the syrup. The sap won't be running for a while, but they will be ready when it is. I have time today to check up on everyone's beauties here because of the weather. I was to go to physical therapy this morning, but chickened out! Major Nor'easter heading into area (even though we are over 500 miles from the coast). With the catchy weather, I decided to give up on my 3 hour ordeal - one hour driving is whatever is out there, 1 hour PT, 1 hour back home. I called the hospital and found out sleet was already falling there at 9:00 AM and I was planning to leave about 9:30 for a 10:30 appt. It is snowing here now.
Agnes, your kaleidoscope mug rugs are beautiful. I need to get out some of those special fat quarters I have been hoarding and try making some. I need to take advantage of my "extra" time today and finish a few more small quilts. My impatient "patient" isn't giving me much time to myself. He complains about how his knee "hurts" (wish he could feel my every-day body!) Men are such wimps - he did have a half knee replacement, but was walking all around the house a few days later. Took me 2 1/2 weeks to be able to walk with a cane after a full knee replacement 3 years ago. Need the other one done, but wimp needed to be fixed first. Then he can drive his truck and give me some peace and quiet (except for the phone calls from the road).
Thanks for the beautiful spring beauty you have shown us.

Excited to be a member. Look forward to sharing ideas!
Agnes, Your flower quilt is making me wish for spring. It is so much like an old fashioned flower garden. And I love the mug rugs -all of them.
Well, they are saying that our 6 inches of snow is all we are going to get. Well, that is enough. It is very heavy, wet snow. Good for all these kiddies that are at home today to go out and make snowmen and forts and have snowball fights. Ginny
