Michelle: I usually let the quilt tell me what it needs. ( my friends think I'm crazy, but I think the quilts "talk" to me!)
If my quilts didn't talk to me none would ever get finished. They're getting better at sharing information helpful for subsequent quilts.
Love your Maxine quilt.
Kelly , went to look at your quilts all very pretty. I hope you do well.
Michelle, Like your Maxine quilt.
Kris
You did an excellent job on the block exchange quilt. I love the corners.

I always let my quilts talk to me. Sometimes that takes a long time before they are ready to talk....LOL
Nana, I love that you know what I'm saying...lol
Thanks, Bonita.
I worked on a couple of things. Made a few more Biscuits for DD pink and black Biscuit quilt. 70 done, over a hundred in the works and nee a couple hundred more. It will be a while. She was supposed to help by doing the stuffing but that's kind of gone by the way side.
Worked on the state swap blocks, I should hve chosen something easier for the block but to late now.
Spent a couple of hours making leaders for the Grace frame. All hemed and just need to mark the pinning lines. I was going to buy them but the prices were crazy high for what you get. So made my own from fabric I found at the Goodwill for 3 bucks. Save my money for the clamps.
I love it Kelly!

Kris this quilt looks great! I love the colors.
Michelle this will be a fun quilt. Can't wait to see it quilted.
I have spent the last 2 days coloring designs on squares for needework. It has been quite interesting to spend time with crayons again...LOL> Have all 10 blocks colored and ready for the needlework.
Kris, your quilt is beautiful! How did you quilt it? I can't tell if it's machine or hand, also nice colors!
Finished up the second MQ7 at quilting tonight. The pic is posted in Mq7 and on my blog.
Kris: Now it's complete:
Beautiful quilt Kris

Or they wait until I have started to give their opinion. Which usually "I don't think so!"
