IS that orange and blue quilt will look great! Your nephew will love it.  Now you just have to find uninterrupted time to sew it together...

I love the colors! I usually don't like bright quilts, but the brown tones it enough for me, looks like a bright fall quilt to me. I haven't tried to sell any quilts on eBay as we do the FW only so far. But that is my goal also. My quilts go out the door for gifts faster than I can sell any!  How to price such a beautiful thing thou?

Thanks Michelle... I have this quilt and a few others as a starting bid of 39.95 or buy it now of 50.00 plus shipping. I have sold 4 so far this month. I researched a little before setting a price. I am not making much but at least I can go on buying and sewing.

Kelley

I love the colors on your quilt.  I don't think they are too bright at all.

Wow, that is so cheap!! I would have had more in material than that. Did you machine quilt them? I am just learning to free motion quilt on the long arm.

Michelle.. I know I should charge more, but with the economy that's about all people are paying. I try to use stuff from my stash, and I know I rarely pay full price for fabric, so Im doing OK...Yes I machine quilt them on my Gammill...simple loops or meandering..

This quilt top was made in September 2010 using fabrics from our first fall fabric swap. It made it to my quilt frame several times since then but was always taken off. Now it's complete:

this is the link of what I have up for now.. Not trying to sell to anyone here, just thought someone might want to see what I am making... I hoped to do better, but it is OK.. The fees on Ebay are kind of high, but it is easy to use and alot of exposure..
