Thank you- I FOUND THE JOKE FORUM!
Good ones on tere- just posted the "Quilter's Dictionary" and Ramona's is just hilarious. Check them out...
Joe:From watching reruns of Amish Mafia I'm getting fascinated by the colors and by the simple designs.
I never heard of this show. DH watches all sorts of shows like this. He might like it.
MaggieNae:Here is the inspiration - another one I've been wanting to do for years.
Pretty quilt Maggie.
Nana:Here is the promised pic of the quilt top I finished yesterday. It is Patches and Pinwheels based on the Bonnie Hunter pattern. Made my patches out of a jelly roll .
This is gorgeous. Nana.
Nana:And Nana the tent maker actually made this one smaller than Bonnie"s pattern....LOL>
Are you feeling OK? Will you compensate ad make something even bigger now? LOL
Nana, love the quilt
Kris
I am feeling fine...LOL> I do have a king size in my to do pile. It is a Judy Niemeyer pattern called Japanese Fan. I am collecting oriental fabrics now. But it requires a pile of fabrics so it may take a while..LOL
Guess what I did today... I actually sandwiched the MQ top that you gave me a long time ago. It is now in the ready to quilt pile.

That's awesome. I know you'll do it justice.
gini:mimi, nancy will be so happy to hear you're saving up mousies for a nice booyah in branson.
Oh my, I think I may have to back out of the Branson retreat. Mouse booyah... I think I'd rather eat lutefisk.
On the banks of the Mississippi River in north central Minnesota (Brainerd lakes area)
MNnancy:Mouse booyah... I think I'd rather eat lutefisk.
Ah, Nancy, trust me. No you wouldn't! Every holiday we had Lutefisk on one end of the table and ham or turkey on the other. When my last grandmother died, none of us ever had to see, or smell, Lutefisk again.
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
Ha, ha! As the older generation passes here in Minnesota, there are fewer and fewer lutefisk lovers. I'm not Scandinavian, so it's never been a part of my family's traditions.
Just read back a few pages. Beautiful work girls. And Pam you tell a great story!
