Would you mind sharing her website. I love old blocks, not into the modern.
Her website/blog is: http://www.stitcherydickorydock.com/
Although she may be using 30's fabrics, Amy usually puts a young and modern twist on things. Take a look though, you may like it!

nana, this finished beautifully, so glad you are better
Nana: I finished up Journey with Friends that I started at the Leavenworth retreat in Oct.
Nana, it really turned out beautiful...for a tent that is...LOL!
Really, I love the colors and everything about it... in fact, I have a king sized bed...I'll even pay for shipping.
Donna,
thank you
Nana, these are terrific. Wow, 120" square is really a quiltzilla!
In the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
NANA, beautiful quilt and I love your inspector too. Did he not point out the flying goose though? Maybe it's just the lighting, but something looks amiss on your closeup shot. Is it me?
MaggieNae
That doggone goose has been removed from the pond....LOL>
Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I feels really good to get one of my UFOs moved up the ladder to the next stage.
Very pretty Nana, great job!
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
MaxNTopeka:But this one will give you an idea how it turned out. It crinkled up SO nice...and shrank like crazy! Which surprised me because all the fabrics had been pre-washed.
Max, this is so striking! I love it! Do you know if this pattern is available for purchase?
You were smart to prewash with such contrast between the dark colors and the white background. Your quilt probably still crinkled up nicely because batting can shrink 3-5%.

Carol from Pittsburgh:
Carol, wow, this is probably my favorite one-block-wonder that I've ever seen. So many of them are very dark, but your fabric has a nice contrast and every block is so different. Well done! Thanks, too, for posting the original fabric because it was so hard to imagine what it must look like based on the kaleidoscope blocks.
Carol from Pittsburgh:I finished my first One Block Wonder quilt last night. I named it "Dragon Disarray" because the fabric was a dragon print.
This is beautiful Carol. I love it.
This sure has been a productive day in the club for a Wednesday.
And who made the pretty purple and green quilt with the cute white dog inspecting it? Hmmm...purple/green...tent...chihuahua... It must be Nana! Good job!
Nana:I did work on a quilt today. I finished up Journey with Friends that I started at the Leavenworth retreat in Oct. I has now moved to the next UFO pile....the to be quilted group..LOL> It measures out at 120" square so it fits into the tent catagorie..LOL
Great tent Nana. I love it. I see it's puppy approved.
