Also, for any of you that have embroidery modules and might be interested in doing a snowflake for the new Sandy Hook, CT school, please check out my post in the Groups/Machine Embroidery Discussion. Better yet, here is the link:

Nana:My first quilting since surgery. Boy did it feel good even though it was down and dirty style...LOL.
Yay. WTG. I like the fabric.
Donna B:Some of you may remember the "hunky guy" fabric... I did an apron and matching potholders for my granddaughter who just moved into her first apartment on her own. Thought it will be a big surprise for her to get it from her grandmother...lol!
Very nice Donna.
I like the towels too.
Nana: Kris I love your Winter Wonderland quilt. I knew after seeing the embroidery blocks at retreat that it was going to be stunning.

Thanks.
My machine gave me all kinds of fits last evening after I got about half way in the quilting. I practically took the thing apart but it wouldn't sew. I gave up and sewed some blocks for Bonnie Hunter's mystery quilt.
Seems all the machine wanted was a break. It's working again and I'm almost done with the quilting. Would be done if it weren't for the distraction of football and chores.
Yaaah! She is back, Nana is back quilting! Looking good, too Would love those mug rugs for a den or family room. Ginny

I love the apron and the towels. I bet your granddaughter loves the apron.

Nana, great tabletopper and mug rugs
[Ava, Missouri
Donna, great apron, love the way you did the towels
They are also requesting paper cut out snowflakes, applique and plastic canvas (?) ones.
Very sad but they are over doing all of this....being used in political arena for gun control. Now hurricane victims come in 2 nd..and both were Sandy's...how weird!
peace, joy, happiness, good health, lots of fabric sales, no drama, happy quilting, Merry Christmas, Happy New year and Aloha to all my friends. Love ya,
Nan and Maddie
Finally finished MQ7 top, had to set it aside for Christmas gifts and a pay project.
Ah Nana, so glad you are feeling better, love the material. Glad you took the time to fully recover. BTW I bought myself a FEATHERWEIGHT for Christmas. I am so excited.
Donna, very pretty
I just noticed you bought a Featherweight, you will love sewing on this, I have a few now as my Husband buys them on ebay and refurbishes, cleans and repaints them. The one I sew on daily is a beautiful Purple! I love it. They sew so wonderfully all the time. Of course, I have a built in cleaning person!

WooHoo...I know how much you enjoyed the featherweight at retreat.
