Thanks everyone, I think it will be 4 across and 5 down. Any other ideas on block placement?

Donna B:I'll give that a try and see how it looks...thanks! Aren't design walls grand!!!
Yes they are, let us know if it works.
Life is like a quilt...bits & pieces, joy & sorrow, stitched with love
I too like the 4 accross, 5 down placement. Lovely quilt by the way.
I love the Christmas MQ5 you made Carol. So much fun! It's great to attain your goal.
I did work on a quilt yesterday. I finished a baby quilt and did my block. It was great to finally quilt!

EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
Donna I have to go with the majority ,4 across 5 down .really adorable quilt . Barbara
Thanks everyone. I am definitely going with 4 across, 5 down and think the Row 1, snowmen in Blocks 1 & 4; Row 2, snowmen in Blocks 2 & 3, continueing for Row 3 & 4 is a winner. Thanks Spud!!! I'll post another picture soon.
I only have 5 more snowflake blocks to do and the blocks will be finished, so then can start assembling. Sigh... Hope this goes together quickly. I have so much other stuff to get to!!!
I am also almost finished with the 'log-cabin fish' wallhanging I started at the Leavenworth Retreat. It is a gift for good friends and I want to get it in the mail before Christmas. Will take a picture and post here before I mail it off. Happy Quilting!
This is Cranberry Salad. I gave it to my animal rescue to acution last Saturday. I need to find out how much it went for. It's made from Tonga Treat fabrics. I found I had two sets when I went through my stash while on vacation. I have two baby quilts I'm making with the second set. They're white, blue and orange. This turned out to be 54" X 72". The baby quilts will be 36" X 72. I'll post when done. I just need to finsih the hand binding on the first one.
I've slacked off a couple of days after a frustrating day of FM quilting Friday. I fiddled with putting away fabric and worked with the knit dishcloths. I need to see them as something other than dishcloths. Anyone want to join me for tea? Note the salvage cut off ties.
After I finish my cup of tea I will do some more FM quilting.
Yes Agnes, I'll join you! Love your tea cosy!
maggieNae. That is such a fun quilt. I like the raspberry pink in it. Such a fun quilt!
Maggie, your quilt is very pretty and I love what you named it. Good job!

Agnes, I love your tea cosy and would love to join you.
Today I finished the 20 sweatshirts that DH decided each of our kids and grandkids had to have for Christmas. I embroidered their names on the shirts. Now I have to finish quilting a book quilt I am making for the youngest granddaughter, it is about 2/3 finished, bind it and then I will be finished with the christmas projects. Woooooo hoooooo.
Belfrybat: I also made a table runner I'm pleased with. It started out being made the same way as the 10 minute topper, but I used 60" fabric and put thin batting inside and quilted it with a large cross hatch design. It is for a friend who likes bright wild colours.
Very pretty.
Carol W:Woohoo! I Did it! I made my goal - I completed my Christmas MQ5 by Dec. 1!! It is now on the back of my couch decorating my living room.
WTG Carol. I like what you did with the back, works really well with those fabrics.
MaggieNae:This is Cranberry Salad.
It's lovely.
