Does this qualify as a quilt? I made a November block for my calendar holder. I made the calendar holder in a class a couple years ago along with several of the blocks. Just finally got the November block finished. I'm not that crazy about most of the other block patterns. So I dug out some 12" block patterns by Amber Fenton and England Design and I think I'll make those for each month. I rather liked the teachers turkey so it will stay. The others will become little nap blankies for the cats. I just looked at the photo and the holder really isn't warped and the calendar doesn't hang below. Don't know why the photo came out this way.

Great job! Definitely a masculine design. Look at how well those points match up! How come he didn't bring this along to the VB retreat to sew with us? :-)

Kris, your hubby did a great job on his quilt. Big pat on the back. I bet his sister loves it. What a special gift.
I have been working on getting the quilting done on my MQ5 - it's about time don't you think? lol I used Christmas prints for it and decided I wanted it finished by Dec. 1st - that's my goal. I want to enjoy it this Christmas season. It is now about half quilted so I think this is one goal I will reach!
Judy, cute, cute turkey!
Carol, I'm rooting for you to get your quilt finished...
